It also reduces risk of eye cataract, colon, and stomach and lung cancer. It reduces the risk of heart problems. It gives you plenty of vitamin A, B, C and E. Also includes minerals and fibers. It’s also, really good for people suffering from anemia. Eating it raw will give lots of vitamin C and E. But if you cook it, it loses a lot of its nutritional values. Cabbage has a lot of magnesium, calcium, sulfur and iron.
